After the aluminum disc is processed, it needs to be packaged to prevent surface oxidation, puncture and deformation. What problems
should we pay attention to during the packaging process?
First, when packaging, we usually use the T-frame packaging, the packaging should meet the needs of storage and transportation. The
riddle frame is made of wood, and the upper and lower sides are made of two pieces of wood. For the height of the rafter, it is necessary
to meet the operation requirements of the forklift, and the upper part of the wood should be made into an arc corresponding to the
winding diameter. The shape, the upper and lower wooden sides are respectively fixed by a screw, and the length of the screw is lower
than the circular arc surface of the upper wooden side to prevent the aluminum disc from being stabbed. After the product has passed the
inspection, it will be stamped.
Second, the outer surface of the aluminum disc needs to be wrapped with a layer of strong neutral or weakly acidic materials (usually
selected for high release), and then the packing list is placed, and the joint is glued with a tape. A soft pad is placed on the end face
to protect the end face of the aluminum disc from scratches.
Third, add a desiccant. Wrap all the rolls with a single piece of plastic cloth. The plastic cloth on the outer layer of the lap joint
should be taped down and the remaining ends of the plastic cloth should be inserted into the die. All the aluminum discs are wrapped in
the circumferential direction with the appropriate temperature-proof cardboard, and the two end faces are closed. The end faces and the
circumferential joints and all the gaps are adhered by tape.
Fourth, put the wrapped aluminum disc on the traverse frame and use the steel belt to fix it along the circumferential direction. The
steel belt should be bundled and sturdy. A box of cards is attached to the end faces of the packaged aluminum discs. In addition to the
load-bearing and packaging costs of the box and the derrick frame, the shipping method and the user's shipping and handling methods and
precautions should also be written.
